driveable mixer
I have the Siloking Selfline Compact 1612 mixer that you can drive. My problem is that I can not get it to *censored* up material. I turn the machine on and I can see the front of the *censored* turning,so I know that it's working. And the mixer does not have anything in it. Am I Missing a button to operate it ?
Re: driveable mixer
you can only pick up silage, which is fermented chaff or grass from the silo

Re: driveable mixer
its been soooooo long since I used that one.. ive found the pull behind to be not only obviously cheaper but quicker to load with bales or a shovel.. but back when I used it I was able to pick up silage, hay and straw with it.. is this something that was changed in an update? (keep in mind that the last time I used it was on GCV before any mod maps had even dropped on console lol)
Re: driveable mixer
I swear the original drive able version used to show a percentage as you filled it. So 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 then 30% of whatever commodity. I got rid of mine as it didn't seem to have this but just showed a constant 100%. I continued with the one where you hitch it to a tractor. Sometimes changes are not all for the good and seem to be just for the sake of change itself much like the UI in Farming Simulator 2017 which is not as good as the one we had in FS2015.
Re: driveable mixer
It had an update ... but it seems buggy.

^^Ya I'm also using the pull behind version on woodshire, have it hooked up to a t5. I really think the tow behind is a lot better tbh, both for the bank and efficiency.
