I made a video on how to setup workers in a field

I hope this can help out some of the newer people in here as it is something that took me a long time to figure out. I know I am probably calling somethings incorrectly, as I am not a farmer, but the process does work and brings about good results for plowing and cultivating. I literally used to bang my head on my desk because I could not get the workers to work correctly when i just placed them in a field, but this is how I overcame that and it can be used on basically any field shape within reason.

I always set them up on the longest Side of the Field, so they end up working on shorter Lines(?) and it feels like its the best Way for me.
Maybe you can enlighten me a little bit more about that.
