Although some maps don't explicitly support Seasons, you can play any map with Seasons. If snow in the buildings bugs you enough, you can turn off the snow in the settings. I play Westbridge Hills (a map without Seasons support) with Seasons. It works just fine.

I don't know of a list, but most of the Seasons ready maps say so in their description. As you're talking about console maps, there aren't a lot of them, so it shouldn't take too long to look through them.

Lots of new maps coming out have the seasons mask, Redkeinstus's maps are some of my favorite and are seasons ready
