unloading silage

havent been able to play FS 17 much untill now but for some reason i am unable to unload silage in bunkers like in FS15 did they change something?

What system do you play? Have you figured out the unload anywhere option? On ps4 you hold R1& L1 then press triangle once inside the bunker. Not sure on other systems

i play on computer and nothing seems too work

On PC it is left ctrl + i which is « unload here «  when you are inside the bunker.

Are you sure you have either «chaff » from a forage harvester, or fresh loose grass in the tipper that you are trying to unload?

You can't tip actual fermented silage in an empty bunker. You could however leave about 100 liters of silage in a bunker and just add to it.

im chopping corn into silage and trying to unload it in a pit like i did in FS15 but it wont let me dump it did they change something i missed?

you are chopping corn into chaff. and is the silage bunker empty? if it still has silage in it you can't dump chaff in it. It has to be empty. and what map you playing on?

Oh I see you are on PC so I can't help. but on ps4 when you are in the bunker you have to hold L1 and R1 and then press triangle.

as people have said you need to "unload here" ( left ctrl i )

if you drive into the bunker, the F1 menu will tell you if there is anything in the bunker. it is sometimes hard to see the last few bits on the ground.

thanks for the help everyone i got that figured out but now another question. do you still have too caver the silage like in FS 15? and if so it doesnt show in the help window

Yes you have to cover it, it has to be 100% compacted though.

What platform are you playing on?

you have to be standing in the bunker, and it shows in the F1 menu.
