I'm sure he's just taking the holidays close together as it's going to be rather busy for Giants in the next few months!

In terms of his job I guess this might be the quietest time of the 2 year cycle, as FS17 is well established and all Giants DLCs (I assume) have been released, but before the madness of the FS19 teasers and launch.

Sure, holidays close together now, but he probably wont be able to get days off for at least half a year. So it's still not even close to 'vacation almost all year long'. So that post is still stupid and ignorant.
