My cows have good water hey and silage and a clean barn but the health is still low any ideas ?

If using seasons, you have to buy one animal, fill the troughs, then sell it. Then when you buy your animals, their health will normalize.
At least that's how it was when seasons came out, I'm not sure if they ever fixed it.

TMR is more important, mixed feed is the biggest part of their food.

If you're using Seasons, the health of your animals will gradually increase. I've got an ongoing farm on Westbridge that has had cattle for a little over a year. The health has been slowly increasing but hasn't top out yet.
