Well ive been making some progress in my playtime. Ive "bought" the sheep farm and moved my operations there. Now for equipment I have moved up from a wd45 all the way to a JD 7800, Ford 40 series, Mack B series and a used Case 1660 Combine, along with a fird f350. I own fields 16,17, 22, and 23 and am starting to work on getting the fields surrounding the main farm so I can "buy" it and start working with the cows.

Have just over 100 hours on lone oak and have 1 case magnum 380, 2 case optums, 1 case puma, 1 Massey 390, the Massey self propelled sprayer, the krone big m500, the biggest case combine, the holmer sugar beet harvester with the hr12 header, the holmer auger thing, the new holland forage harvester, the lizard barrelcore, and the lizard TT Pickup. I'm not going to get into the implements right now.

I'm still running a 240 Puma and the 1455XL. It's spring of year 2 and I'm ready to buy a tractor. I wanted an Optum but it's not much bigger than the Puma. A Magnum was my next choice but they seem overpriced. I can get the same thing in a New Holland T8 for quite a bit less.

For that matter, I can get a dang Challenger 1000 for less (I think the pricing is off) but that thing wouldn't look right with my smallish farm yet.

Was going to stick with CaseIH but these other brands must have better deals going right now.

Edit: Bought an Optum. I haven't used one since the game released and it just looks so good I couldn't resist.

Has anyone tried to sell bales at the BGA Plant? Nearly impossible to get that autobaling trailer close enough to unload the bales. Frustrating.

Pricing is always better at the barn, in my game.
I play on Xbox3 (Which they called the "One" for some reason)

I was actually having trouble with the trigger even accepting bales at the BGA, I posed it in frontiers discord a few days ago and i hope it gets resolved. That and the entrance to the BGA and sell point is a little rough and i catch air on it all the time in my lets play. Those are really my only 2 complaints of the map.

How long did it take in the end? I just meant it’s a different and interesting way of starting out

There was 197 straw bales.
After 3 real hours harvesting I gave AI the harvester.
Total time harvesting and baling and selling the bales over 6 real hours.

Thanks for the shoutout. Starting small is fine, my combine nees an update sooner than later at this point, the onl 1660 is nice, but I need something a bit more lively as we move up the fields.
