I would like to support developers and pre-order...but, is that Steam version here on farming-simulator.com? Or hard copy?

The farming-simulator.com pre-order is not a steam key or a hard copy.
It's a separate digital version.(download)

Ik there’s a promotion of a gator that looks like a side by side but idk if it’s just preorder or season pass with preorder

Quick question but far as I noticed you just get the Mahindra 4x4 only if you purchase on steam.
There is any benefit for pre-order from Giants store??

I ask this because when there were complains in the past in the FS17 Platinum release, the additional sprayer was only for Giants store purchases and it was said that it was a benefit for purchase directly. I know Giants get more $$$ purchasing directly from their store (that for me is the best scenario)...so....I was just was wandering where it would be best to pre-order....

BTW, there will be a collector`s edition in English or just in German?
