How do i tell what each vehicle or piece of equipment does?

Hey folks.

Just wondering if there is a document or mod to show what each farming attachment/vehicle does in game.

Maybe some sort of popup when you go up to a vehicle or piece of equipment that says what it is and is used for?

Thanks in advance for any help or hints.

Found the Wiki, but if there is a mod out there like a popup please let me know?

If I forget, what the machine can do, I would go to the shop to read the discription.
