Welker Farms Grass Removal

Has anyone found a way to remove the grass on Welker Farms. I'd love to expand the main yard slightly but the grass doesn't disappear when using the Giants Ground Modification mod, it's therefore impossible to lay down convincing looking concrete or other surfaces.

Have you tried the Grass Be Gone mod?

The thing is that grass is not the actual grass that you can plant / remove. It is the townDecoGrass layer in GE... so removing it without using GE... I dunno good luck I guess.

I've used the Grass Be Gone mod to remove some of the grass in gravel areas on Hagenstedt. It might be successful in this case as well.
