No rims

Turned game on tonite (pc) didnt add any mods or remove any and none of the tractors have wheels. The tires are there but no wheels. Removed all mods and no change. WTH?

Error parse error in data vehicles rims at line 1 not well formed. Invalid token.
Error failed to load i3d file for wheels

That what is in log. Ive done nothing diffrent from the last 100hrs ive played. Strange all a sudden i have no wheels
