How about being able to pick your workers. With certain workers being good at looking after your sheep, plowing,cultivating etc.

There has to be something for YOU to do, it would be called Worker Simulator than Farming Simulator. I get plowing, cultivating and seeding and so on, but a worker for your animal? That's just lazy.

Man i just hope they incorporate american style tractors in 19 cause it just looks better with weights and no 3 point on the front

I dont mean to always look after your animals. Just being able to hire them for a bit. In case your in the forest cutting logs. So you can always keep there productivity up, area clean etc.

You are aware that there are many makes/models of "American" tractors that have 3-pt hitches on the front?

While you may not find the front 3-pt hitch useful, I suspect there are many who do (myself included). As for looks, that will always be a matter of personal preference

You could always take a Case 1455 out for a run when you need/want that particular style!

Case1455 is wonderful small tractor. Area of the usa where im at you just dont see 3 points on front of a tractor

Yeah, they can be pretty situational and not always worth the cost IRL... A question of individual immersion, to which we are all entitled to our opinions. Personally? I'm a fan of the NH T8... Couldn't tell you why though!
