That is easy: Because, if the console could do everything you want it to do with the game AND still do/be everything that made you choose to play on consoles in the first place, it would be a specialized, high-end, propriety, gaming PC and would, as a result, probably cost more than a “normal” high end gaming PC and a console combined!

No worries. And no console hate either. Got a few Xboxes myself. (Is that the right plural, I wonder?). Haven’t had a PS since PS2, but only because the platform exclusives haven’t intersected enough with my “must play” list!
