Preorder on xbox game hub

Hi all i have asked this question a few times also other have aswell! Can anyone tell me when i can preorder on the xbox download hub as 8 want a digital copy then we got it for life i had to buy 2 copies of fs17 as the first one became faulty and i didnt keep the reciept the time for release is coming soon and dont want to miss out!!!! If anyone from Giants reads this please can u give me an idea as dont want to get it from anywhere else if i dont have to
