So i dont think the heavy machinerey joystick thingy from saitek looks and works very well, thats my thoughs and feel for it, never tryed it, but have seen it and pushed some buttons in a store. I certainly dont work for my desk, as a sit with most of my forarms on the desk..

So my thoughs.. is this..
the valtra smart touch looks like something from a plane

None of them has anything that resembles the saitek thingy.. Its more like a flight joystick if you think gaming control devices. The tractors has wheels and slide potentimeters to adjust things, But in the game 95% of all key bindings are on/off swithces. Many tractors have the electric loader control, so its becoming more and more a little thumb joystick. Rather than the 2feet rod that sticks up from the floor. The DS4 from ps4 works great imo. the number of key bindings possible wont be a problem, remebering them will.. But im thinking about buying a steeringwheel, and fiddeling with the keyboard and/or the DS4 Controller would be cumbersome..

So the fps shooter Control thingy comes to mind

The only downside is that the control is made for left hand use.. is there right hand Versions? any thoghts?
