Well as usual i play fs17 on ps4 but finally set down made a call to a friend and he figured me a pc build that not only will hold all the mods i can download but should be a very good machine for my gaming style

My issue with switching to PC would be the added confusion and distraction of all the extra mods, especially maps. I find it hard enough to focus with what we have on Xbox, I don't think I would get much actual farming done with even more choices to make! My only loss with being console only is not being able to team up and play with the excellent PC chums I have made ..so I may get 19 on PC just to be sociable..

I went through the faze of the distraction of all the amazing mods on PC, but then narrowed down the mods that are actual game enhancing and stuck with them. I now only use say 20 mods per farm.

That makes sense, I am pretty sorted equipment wise, (how many different cultivators do you need?). It is the maps that really get me, they drag me in.. just a drive round, just see how long it takes to plant the starter field, ohh those trees are too tall, how does that pasture look with cows in it?, what is that sell point? etc etc until 6 hours have gone by

Thinking on it myself. Might have to see what my funds look like after the holidays and get myself a nice Christmas present. There's some outstanding deals on prebuilt units right now. Some are $3-500 less than I could build myself (if I could build myself).

I just did the same thing a week ago. To tell you the truth I am not convinced PC is better or worse then ps4. Some things are good like course play when you get it to work right. There are alot of mods on the modhub as well but nothing spectacular like said above you can only use so many cultivators or trailers or even tractors. I find alot of the modded vehicles I used on ps4 are the same as I use on PC anyways.

I am still trying to find other mods but have not figured that out yet.
