switched computers

so hopefully someone can help me I bought a new computer and installed fs17 and it comes up and will not load is there something im doing wrong I have product keys for game and addons but can't get base game to load any help moved from a Toshiba satellite to a hp gaming with 1tb harddrive wanting to get 2019 here soon but want to be able to play 2017.
