Time Zone release date game availability?

My question is in regards to the recent time zone game availability at release date info page. I now have a pc ( sooooooo much better) and if I buy the game through steam will it also release when it’s available from Giants like I would be buying it straight from them? Which is the 19th because I’m on the east coast of America! The great state of Georgia that is! Go Dawgs!!!
