Anyone know if these mods worth with each other?

Not sure if it would cause an issue, but the real nights mod would be unnecessary with seasons as it already does the same thing.

Real Nights mod just changes the lighting overnight to seem darker. Seasons does that too?

Yes seasons makes night time very dark especially in winter.
