Keyboard Control Issue

I use "A" and "D" to turn left and right. My issues is when I'm in Cruise Control and press the "A" to turn it speeds up and when I press "D" to turn it slows my speed down.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Are you possibly using a mod that adds more lines in the controls menu for qruise ctrl functions ... ?
Take a look around and look for lines/controls mapped with A and D ... and just delete (backspace) them if/when you find them.
