Gold Crest Valley & Snow using Seasons Mod

Hello,
I just started playing Gold Crest Valley using the seasons mod and have a question in regards to snow. I ran the command ssAddSnow using the console command to see what snow would look like and to test it. The snow looks great and covers fields and grass areas. However I have noticed that it does not cover the asphalt roads. I downloaded a different map and when running the same command it actually does cover the roads with snow. Does anyone know if this is the behavior with this map using this mod? If the snow does not cover the asphalt road would this mean that there is no snow layer for the road?

I can't say for that map but when the author put's in the snowmask it is up too them where the place it as such. It sounds like the roads have had a snowmask put on them.
