Ps4 multiplayer-no connection to host...

I have tried for two days now to join a game with my friend and tried the trick someone posted about getting around the bug and still no luck. Anyone having trouble? I see plenty of people in games with more then one person, so something weird is going on. Thanks for any help.

I have that problem on Xbox one and I have tried every thing contacted Microsoft and they did all they can do it is the multiplayer connection that is te problem nothing to do with your game or console
