Dedicated Server (self host) issue.

I recently bought a steam version of fs17 and a giants version to play with a dedicated server on my old PC I have in my basement. I loaded Windows 10 onto it and installed the giants version activated it but when I launch the dedicated server only the panel works I can turn the server on with no errors but it doesn't appear on the server list. I have tried with and without mods please help

The issue above has been resolved but now players who have steam cannot see my server on the list only players who have disc or retail version can and can also join.

It looks like Giants is blocking steam users from playing with people who purchased the game from them

Check your game versions, clients can't see servers running different version. Steam updates automatically whereas you need to manually update dics and retails. And you really should run the latest version (1.4 atm released yesterday), lots of multiplay fixes included in that.
