Multi-player between XBOX ONE and Win10

Hi to all,

I try to build a multi-player game between a Xbox ONE and a WIN10, Both platform has their own version of FS17.
When I create a multi-player game on the xbox, I'm unable to find it on Win10.
and when I'm create it on Win10, I'm unable to find it on xbox one.

I hope someone can help me to resole this connection problem

Can't be done on FS, PC to PC, XBox to XBox or PS to PS only
