Lagging in MP vehicles, in modded maps

So, when i join a vanilla map i dont lagg, and in singeplayer i dont lagg either, even when map and other mods. But when i join a modded map i dont lagg on foot, but when i hop in a vehicle im lagging like 1 fps. I tried even a system restore! I really dont know what to do.

It is most likely the other person's location and internet. Not your problem.

Its on a dedicated server thats empty. Makes no difference if hes there or not. And it doesnt look like server lagg, and my pc is good enough cause it works in SP

The server hoster could be the problem, ex: Nitrado, VeryServers, etc. is what I mean by "hoster."
