Continental Europe Server Down? (PC)

I can not connect to the Continental Europe server today.

I can connect to the International or the Germany servers, but not the Continental Europe one..

Any reason for this?

I have a dedicated server hosted on that server and can not get on, unless I change it to the International or Germany server.

It is Sunday, around 10:00am USA Central time (I think 4:00pm UTC time).

Anyone else not able to get on the Europe Server? Or is it just me??
