gamed.de's servers don't work

Anyway, on getting FS19, I figured I'd rent a server for myself and my son, my ususal choice (multiplay) aren't offering anything yet, so I clicked on the happy little button in game.
Massive huge mistake.
Basically, gamed.de seem to have managed to make it so more than one player from an IP address can't connect at the same time.
Now, I know this was a bug in earlier versions.
But, in testing (because I've done a few cisco bits, and ran a game host for about 6 years) we started connecting to other servers together.
They mostly worked, those that didn't were on gamed.de.
So, I had a poke, went with another provider (they seem to be VERY good) everything works, no configuration changes, open game, play. perfect.
Now, I've lost €8, it's fu** all in the grand scheme of things.
But they've not actually bothered to do anything but parrot about their TOS (which doesn't actually make their severs work, or override EU law)
So, I figured I'd let you all know to maybe shop around and avoid the stuff hosts.
