Do you have a dedicated server or do you run it by yourself? Try to connect the server to a other region. I hope it helps!

You need to check firewall and port forwarding, firewall on both client and host and the host needs to setup port forwarding on their router to their PC's IP address. There should be no issue between the steam version and the standalone/download version, i run a dedicated server which is the download from Giants and i play on the steam version.

Just back out to the main menu and try again. Maybe a connection speed time out or just multiplayer busy issue.
I have my own dedi server and usually have to try 2 or 3 times to get online.
In FS17 it took me up to 6 times to establish a connection when the game first came out.

I have a player that is unable to establish a connection to my dedicated server as well. He could connect just fine to my FS17 server, but hasn't been able to connect to my FS19 server since Nov 20 release. GIANTS support won't even reply to his support ticket. I have 18 players that our in my group that play on my server and he is the only one that cannot connect. Proper port forwarding is setup and everything runs fine except that he cannot connect.

I run FS19 on PS4, I am getting the "No connection could be established to the multiplayer game" error. I have followed most of the advice I have seen on here and have been trying for 2 hours. How do you get this function to work?

Please fix this issue; no connection could be established to the server. I have been playing FS17, FS19 and now FS22 and now my co players can sometimes connect to my game but mostly cannot. Get the "No connection......." reply. Please do something to fix this.

Whoever runs into the same problem: I found a fix (at least for me). I had to change the DNS server in my Windows network (e.g. Ethernet) connection. Instead of automatic config via DHCP (which has chosen the router e.g. 192.168.0.1 as DNS server), I have entered 8.8.8.8 as primary DNS server.
Why THAT was the issue or why my router (or the DNS server behind that one) had issues with that, I don't know.

I came to that solution by identifying with Wireshark, that it had to do with a certificate error by fs19-a.farming-simulator.com (138.201.198.21) via port 10851. Then it was only guessing that it might have to do with DNS and I was lucky with that.
