Player cannot use equipment

FS 19 multiplayer issue. We have a dedicated server and two of us play almost every day with no issues. Another friend join us on the server but he is having issues in the game. He can walk and run around the map with no problem but he cannot use any equipment. He pushes E to enter a tractor or harvester and nothing happens. The dialogue to enter a tractor does not even show up for him. He cannot even use the tab key to switch between tractors. Nothing happens when he pushes the tab key. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this, thank you.

He needs to join the farm in the escape menu
