Can't see all multiplayer servers (No mods)

Dear,

I have a problem. I can't see ''All'' servers. I rented a dedicated server. Selected the right reagion ofcourse. Type the name in and see nothing. Its also when i will look for my friends servers. Sometimes the game also so could not be establish to the servers. What is the problem?

What i tried...
Restarting the game, Restarting the pc, Downloaded the game fully again, restarted my router and checked my windows firewall. Help me please!
