Dedicated server log error

We get this error repeatedly in the game.log. Is it something we need to worry about? We haven't seen any ill effects in the game.

"Warning: Mod-List download failed... retry in 4.018467 s. 1 trail"

Yes, all mods are on the server. Server is located at gameservers.com hosted in Dallas, TX. I have attached a copy of the game.log file with the errors.

I get the same error and I believe it's because I have mods that are not part of the official mods list. I've not seen any issues functionally speaking with the server due to this error / warning.
