PS4 multiplayer does not work

Hi!

Me and my friend tried to play together on Tuscan Lands, but my friend couldn't join cause he got the error about connection.

We tried couple of times, but same error came every time.

Then I tried to join his game ( different map ) and at the first try I got the same error but on second try I managed to get in.

Why it won't let my friend in my game, but I can join his?

We have all the same mods and I can create the game without problems.

Well now I noticed that I have NAT 3 and my friend has NAT 2. I'm able to join his game, he's not able to join mine. I changed my NAT to NAT 2 and then we both were unable to join each others games, but when I changed my NAT back to NAT 3 I was able to join his game but he's still not able to join mine.. I'm starting to lose my mind with this..

Does anyone have any ideas or way to fix this or is it just impossible to play with your friend?
