Question about Multiplayer

Hello, i've a question, me and my brother play in multiplayer, i've created the session and make him director farm in a new farm.
The question is, there is a way that he can play when i'm not playng?, example when i'm not at home, there is a way that he can connect at our farm and play?

Are you on PC or console? If you're on PC the only way to do this would be to set up a dedicated server

You have to leave your game running for him to join while your away.
FS19 on Pc and PS4 :?:
