Other players can not use the machines properley

Hello ive been playing fs19 multiplayer for a little bit now and ive always hosted but now other players they complain their R3 stick does not work,
It works for the camera veiw to go up and down but not the machines to lift arms up or down, ive tried it on their machines and it works fine for me just not people who join and i have no mods on to test and still nothing works.
