Can't connect to matchmaking servers

This issue seemed to have started around the time of the latest patch 1.6.0.0. So I see 9 matchmaking servers now in the 3 regions, but I can only see games to join in International 3, Germany 3, or Continental Europe 3.








I am in the US, and I have always run my server on the International server. How do I put my dedicated server so i can see it to join from my gaming pc on International 3? The drop down to start your dedicated server only has the 1's and the 2's for each region? How do I start it up on the International 3 matchmaking server?

I am having the same issue in 2021. Can not find a server. I have purchased a dedicated server and it can not find it either. WHY? On 1.7....
