Server issues.

Tried posting this earlier. Suppose I'll try again.

I'm trying to run a multiplayer server with my wife. We can load into a fresh save, we put six hours in, and then we logged off. Next day we tried to boot it up again, and it wouldn't allow her to join. She was stuck "synchronizing" but with no shown percentage.

We tried a new server to see if it was our selected mods, and booted up no problem. Little bit of extra info. This is not a dedicated server. Would that be a more stable option? And on dedicated servers, does time pass even when no one is logged in?

In my experience that is a mod conflict. Eliminate mods systematically until you pin it down.
