dedicated server freeze

hello everyone... I just ranted a dedicated server for the first time. I'm using map Valley Crest Farm 4x 1.4.4 and a few other mods.
after a few moments, the game starts to freeze every time I try to lift something. how to check what is causing this problem???

uninstall some mods seems like its causing conflict.
