How to activate mods?

I bought a server on 4playernet, and i see a mod folder i put mods in there, but when i join the server no mods are active, can someone help?

You need to activate the mods in the gui of the dedicated server for the loaded savegame.

hello, can you explain more? where do i find the gui and how do i activate it when i find it.
