Dedicated server closing randomly

hello i have a nitrado dedicated server and i start the server and it shows in the game multiplayer search but it disappears after 5-10 seconds and gives these error codes on the server log...

Could not register at friends server: #10002
Could not inform friends server about server URL: #10002

is there any fix for this as it is a brand new server and it wont work without mods or with mods
any help is much appreciated thanks!

I think it's best to take contact with Nitrado support.
