Dedicated Server, Waiting for Host Acceptance

Hey.

So I've decided to rent myself a dedicated server for the first time.

I've set it all up (correctly I thought), I can find my server in the server list, but when I try to log on I get stuck at 10%, Waiting for host Acceptance.
Is there anything I've missed when setting it up? Or something else I plainly just not get?

I have the same issue. I did buy an extra license specifically for a dedicated server but when I connect it is also stuck at 10% with the same message.

Do any ports on the router to be set open?

To date, it's been a week since I have exactly the same problem on my ps4... I haven't been able to solve it in all games and servers, it does the same thing to me... could they solve it?? and if so, any suggestions?
