Multiplayer Repair points

I play in a multiplayer server, and IN fs 19 we were able to use what ever repair point from whos ever farm as long as we had contractor access. In 22 even if you do have contractor access, it will only let you repair equipment that belongs to the farm that the repair point belongs to. Is this a bug, and is there a fix?

Seems to be how it is now in the base game.

Personally I preferred it how it was before in FS19, and as yet I know of no mod which adjusts this gameplay.
