Giants editor 64bit 7.0.5, modding problem

I'm not sure if this has been posted as a bug but i am having some issue with the editor.
in the editor my new Wip is showing fine and in 3ds max its showing fine, no issue at all.
In game the model is turning black, or some parts of the model are, i am not sure why exactly this is happening (some individual polys are turning black).
I thought the problem was with the model so tried to fix any bug but that's the thing, in 3ds max 2012 there are no bugs everything appears correct. I have check the uvw map for any problems, rendered it to check for issues with the Normals, checked the model for any problems but nothing at all.
i have made models for Farm Simulator 2015/2017 before so nothing new, some of the early mods are made weren't wonderful but never this issue.

This is a new problem for me, any ideas as to what is going on would be much appreciated?
