Game frame rate issue

While playing rattle snake valley I am experiencing sudden frame rate drops to 1 fps and it does not go back up until I restart the game. I just started experiencing this about 3 days ago and I can only play for 10 minutes before this happens. I tried deactivating a few mods that were recently added but it didn't make a deference. I was able to play Rattlesnake fine for a couple days but then this randomly started. It's not my game I don't think because I can play other maps fine. I do have separate folders for each map. Thanks for any help.
