American Outback Map For Consoles!

SOMS2 just to say I love the American Outback map I think it's great for big equipment. But I have put it on hold until the new update comes out. Just curious as I have seen it was in testing with Giants the last few days and as of today it's not. I am wondering do you know if it has failed the test and you are working on it again? Thank you for your work. And keep it up.

I was also wondering if it has failed the test AGAIN. I know it failed on Tuesday but it must have been resubmitted cos it reappeared on the testing thread on Wednesday and was removed from the on test thread earlier today but as it has not appeared in game today, I thought I would ask if it has failed testing yet again or am I jumping the gun (cos I'm impatient )???

Personally I blame Giants for my impatience as they don't say whether mods pass or fail the test, they just expect us to know.

Read the last reply on the testing thread, theres so much to test right now, not all are listed

Ahh, but it was listed, so therefore there is only 2 reasons to remove it from the testing list ... 1 it failed, 2 it passed. That's why I'm asking if it failed cos I can't find the update in the mod section in game.

well lads thanks very much to SOMS2 and Giants for releasing the updated version of American Outback to us. its going to be a great map for big bud. looking forward to putting alot of hours into it after work this evening.

The author made the town a lot smaller to remove lag. Let's see how it goes!

I've tested the map out with my old save game and you do NOT have to start again if you don't want to ... with the old save all the fields are like they are in v1 and the extra bits added onto the field are grass that you will have to plow yourself.

I think since you changed the map that giants needs to reset the User Rating so people can redo the ratings they gave. like someone that gave a 3 star ratings on the v1 map might give a 5 star ratings on the new v2 map. just saying. I allways give 5 stars because I'm on PS4 and I appreciate all the modders that take the time to put mods on for us the console players. Thanks
