Looking for a mod displaying game day on screen

Hello,

Like the title say, I'm in search of a small mod that would display the current game day on the screen, like there was on some maps in FS15 (I had it on Norgeholm if my memory is good).

The information is registred in the savegame files, but my knowledge on modding is like the one of Jon Snow : nothing
