Multiple controllers

Hi guys, I'm pretty green to FS and really green in modding. I have a G27 wheel and have bought two joysticks. So my question is can a guy make a controller setting for specific vehicles somehow or make an either or setting? I'd like to steer a tractor with the wheel but steer a crane or logging equipment with the joysticks. Thanks for any help you can give me! P.s If there is not a way to do it then this would be great for someone to mod because I must say the dual joysticks are awesome!!!
