Converting mods

Hi guys I am only new to the game and so far I love, I am wondering if anyone can help me out with my question. Is there a way to convert the PC/MAC mods to PS4 and if so how do you do it and how do you install on PS4

Can't be done... in order for a mod to be on PS4 or XBOX it has to meet the criteria for console mods (no external script, no unlicensed brands, meet quality standards, etc) then be tested by Giants, and if it passes it will be in the console version of Giants Mod Hub. That is the only way to have mods on consoles
