It appears it was not a mod but part of game ((Lizard Vehicle workshop))
So I sold it and it is gone however this still shows up on my equipment

That's part of seasons. Seasons has extra maintenance parameters built into it such as the tractor or vehicle breaking down and cutting out. That repair mod you had only lowers the daily maintenance cost when you repair it so doesn't work with seasons.

So now what happens when tractor or vehicle breaking down and cutting out without the mod to fix ??
How does seasons handle repairs now ??

Seasons handles everything with repairs. You don't need any additional mods or buildings or anything. When the vehicle needs maintenance bring it to the workshop and I think it's R tonrepair while standing beside it. You can also use the place able tool box mod but it isn't necessary. You should really look at the seasons manual.

Mostly the workshop is near the Shop of the Equipment. Right or left side turns some Icon.
Drive the Tractor or others and get out, go to the icon and press R

To repair the tractor is "left ALT + R" I think.

On every map you can customise vehicles at the sell point, that's where you can do the maintenance as well.

Thanks, but I already wrote I don't have ANY background apps. Why on earth would I have them on a dedicated audio processing and gaming PC when I got my iPad Air next to me?

Anyway, big thank you to Seasons/Realismus Modding team for their help in fixing my issue. And, please, let me know if you want me to test any new missions lua file *thumbsup*

As Drmattymd told you there is an ingame manual, accessible in the meny by pressing esc. We also have a website full of information. See my signature for link. On our website we have also published blog posts to explain the background of some of the features. If you think some information is missing from the manual, please let us know and we will update it :)
