New Foliage

I would like to make a new foliage for my folder,

Many folders use "schilf" along the waterfront and I really think that is very ugly.

I would like to make something more like reed.

I have the "schilf" that you can download already edited, but ingame does not look sharp.

Someone have some idea how to do this best?

Or is there a tutorial?
