Used to run one of those all the time, broke my leg with it when I was 14 or 15. Actually ran two different ones, an older one and a newer one with more computer controls. Honestly the older one worked faster, didnt have to wait on the computer.

And Ive seen newer models set up for big bales.

Dually lizard pickup with plenty of mods. Like motor sizes. Like 350hp 450hp 600hp. For the diesel. And a alumalite gooseneck~35ft

The connection point for the hydraulic cylinder that lifts the pick up arm up and down had cracked and was spreading open so the arm would not go all the way up. We had gotten the arm all the way back up manually and I was holding it in place while my father attempted to tie it up so we could go get the coupler fixed. When the arm is straight up all the weight is on the cylinder so all I had to do was keep it from tilting back. Well somehow it started leaning and then it got too heavy for me to hold so I let go and backed up. What I didnt anticipate was it coming down so fast that the coupler snapped off instead of catching and the arm fell on top of me, pinning me to the ground. Snapped my femur a couple inches above my knee.
MD does not stand for Maryland but I live in VA not far from MD and actually used to live in MD
